This year, in the same spirit as the Bib Gourmand, this 40th edition of the Red Guide Deutschland now introduces the Bib Hotel, allowing you to enjoy good accommodation at moderate prices.

Every year Michelin's dedicated team of professional inspectors seeks out and tests the full range of establishments, visiting anonymously and making their own impartial decisions.

This newest edition also introduces a short descriptive text for each establishment, offering an insight into the character and surroundings so that travellers can be sure of making the right choice.
