Every year Michelin's dedicated team of professional inspectors seeks out and tests the full range of establishments, visiting anonymously and making their own impartial decisions.

Like all Red Guides, the Red Guide Europe offers you ratings based on Michelin's three star system and includes the Bib Gourmand rating of establishments offering good food at moderate prices.

This new edition introduces a short descriptive text for each establishment, offering an insight into the character and surroundings so that travellers can be sure of making the right choice.
