Michelin's newest edition of the Red Guide to Spain and Portugal displaying the regions best hotels and restaurants.

Every year Michelin’s dedicated team of professional inspectors seeks out and tests the full range of establishments. All restaurants, tapas bars and hotels, as well as other types of accommodation, are visited anonymously by our dedicated team of professional inspectors to bring you an impartial selection.

This newest edition offers a short descriptive text for each establishment, offering an insight into the character and surroundings so that travellers can be sure of making the right choice whether visiting Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Lisboa or the Algarve.

Like all Red Guides, the Red Guide España & Portugal offers you ratings based on Michelin’s three star system and includes the Bib Gourmand rating of establishments offering good food at moderate prices.

Something else to look out for is the Bib Hotel, a sure sign of a good standards of comfort and reasonable prices.
